Do you move Furniture?
Yes! We will move furniture and return it to its rightful place when cleaning is completed. However, there are a few items that we do not move (Pianos, China cabinets, Electronics, Large Beds, and Water Beds.) We also recommend clearing plants and knick-knacks off of surfaces before your cleaning team arrives, although it is not necessary.
Can you do a one time deep clean?
We do not offer one time deep cleaning, this is because is takes a lot of time to truly "deep clean" a space. We offer commercial cleaning programs on 3 to 12 month contracts- Tackling each area of the space, from ceiling fans, to fridge, windows, tile, cabinets, etc. Most clients start with a 1-2 day a week plan.
How do you ensure customer satisfaction?
We pride ourselves in our work and our work is to make the customer as happy as possible. Within 24 hours of your cleaning- we will return at no cost if any problems should arise. We are not happy until you are.
What time do you normally clean?
We work on our clients schedules- Many of our office cleanings are late at night, or early in the mornings. We require either a physical key or key-code for the premesis. Let us know what will work for you.
